Desert Morning Walk
A pleasant, healthy and invigorating way to start your day by traveling along the desert trails and loops.
Join us to meet all kinds of desert creatures — Quails, Roadrunners, Owls, Rabbits, Coyotes, going about their business of existing in this beautiful, sometimes harsh, desert environment. Desert vegetation abounds and depending on the season, flowers grow in unusual places and cacti show off their beauty.
Bring hiking shoes, a hat and water. It usually takes about one hour. The vistas are breathtaking, and stillness permeates the peaks and plateaus of the Little San Bernardino Mountains, Mount San Jacinto, as well as the valley floor of our local desert.
